Tell me more about the cranberry
The cranberry is a little, red, tart fruit with a big punch, and Wisconsin produces more of this power-packed berry than any other state in the U.S.
In fact, Wisconsin cranberry growers annually harvest enough cranberries to supply every man, woman and child in the world with approximately 26 cranberries. In 2004, the cranberry became Wisconsin’s official state fruit.
Explore the world of cranberries by visiting the Wisconsin Cranberry Discovery Center at many times throughout the year, including at the height of the cranberry harvest from as early as late September into November.
