Winter is here, and that means it’s time for our “Make, Bake and Take” classes at the Wisconsin Cranberry Discovery Center!
This is the fourth class in our “Crazy for Cranberries” series and participants will be making Cranberry Sweet Breads. Registration is $15 and is due one week prior to the class. If you are an iBuyMoCo member and show your iBuyMoCo keychain, you’ll get $1 off registration!
Attendees of the class will be asked to bring measuring cups, measuring spoons, 2 mixing bowls, rubber scraper, rolling pin and a pastry blender. Also, please plan to bring a container to the class that you can use to transport your sweet breads home. A 9 x 13 pan would work well. (If you need assistance with the supplies please let us know!)

Description: Join us for our annual Holiday Open House! Forget about the cold weather and enjoy a day at the Discovery Center filled with several fun, cranberry-themed events including:
- Wine tasting with DnA Vintners
- Gourmet food sampling
- Cooking demonstration with Warrens Cranberry Festival Royalty and other special guests
- Fun for the kids, featuring Cranman
Fall hours begin on November 1 at the Wisconsin Cranberry Discovery Center. Hours are 10am to 4pm Monday through Saturday, beginning November 1st through December 30th.
Our quarterly recipe contest is happening now through the end of 2011. Click here for all the information on how to enter your fabulous cranberry side dish. We can’t wait to see what you cook up!
Visit a local marsh and watch cranberries being harvested! Wetherby Cranberry marsh will be open for free tours from 9:00 a.m. – noon. After your tour, stop by the Wisconsin Cranberry Discovery Center for wine tastings, gourmet food samples and reduced admissions to the museum.
