The Wisconsin Cranberry Discovery Center is excited to announce a new recipe contest for the 2nd quarter, which began April 1st.
With spring trying its hardest to finally make its way into Wisconsin and with temperatures on the rise, a perfect, spring-worthy theme for this quarter’s contest presented itself: “Cooking Light with Cranberries.”
As always with our recipe contests, cranberries can be used in any of their forms in your recipe submissions. You may use whole, fresh cranberries, sweetened dried, jellied or even cranberry juice. For the purposes of this “Cooking Light” contest, you should try to keep the calorie count to 500 calories or less per serving.
Our test kitchen is very excited to see what recipes you come up with - and we’re sure all our readers will delight in your light and airy submissions! The winning recipes will be published in our “Cranberry Chatter” newsletter and on our website and winners receive special prizes from the Wisconsin Cranberry Discovery Center.
Please use the recipe submission form to submit your recipes. Using the form ensures we have all the information we need from you for a complete submission. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us, and thank you for your participation!
