Mixed Fruit Smoothies

  • 5 ozs cranberry juice, chilled
  • 5 ozs grape juice, chilled
  • 1 cup frozen mixed fruit
  • 1/2 banana cut into slices
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend for a few seconds on high speed or until ingredients are throughly combined.
3. Pour into a large glass
