- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup roasted, salted macadamia nuts
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions: Prepare a baking sheet lined with foil. Coarsely chop nuts in a bowl along with cranberries. Set aside Place 2 chocolates in a bowl and melt in microwave; stopping to stir every 45 seconds (do not over heat). Add nuts & cranberries to melted chocolate and fold in gently. Then pour the mixture on to the lined baking sheet. Proceed to refrigerate the bark until chocolate is set (about 30 minutes). Break into small pieces and serve.
