- 8 1/2 Cups Fresh Ground Cranberries from Warrens, WI.
- 9 Cups Water
- Or may use:
- 1/2 Water and 1/2 Cranberry/ Pomagranate Juice
Bring to a boil, stirring often. Simmer about 30 minutes. Add 5 Cups Sugar, simmer until thick, about an hour. Pour into pint or quart jars. Water bath 20 minutes.
Makes about 4 1/2 quarts
