Cranberry Crunch

Here’s a quick and easy dessert recipe. For an extra special treat, serve warm topped with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 15-ounce can cranberry sauce (either jellied or whole)

Mix first 3 ingredients. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter. Place half of the mixture on the bottom of an 8×8-inch greased baking dish. Spread cranberry sauce over first layer. Then spread the remaining crumb mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
