Cranberry Blonde Brownies

Taste-Test Kitchen Baker Donna Stebbins makes this cranberry bar recipe using sweetened dried cranberries for our in-house bakery.

  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 pan.

Cream butter, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Fold in sweetened dried cranberries, white chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into pan. Bake for 26 to 28 minutes.
