  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Turbinado sugar
  • 1 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 egg whites, beaten

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a food processor, pulse the flours, salt, Turbinado sugar and butter until a coarse meal. Stir in the cherries and cranberries. Spread the cranberry mixture over the cooled crust. Sprinkle on reserved crust mixture. Bake for 45 minutes, until lightly brown.
